You pay in full for your garments when placing your order. The garments are delivered to your selected delivery address approximately 6 weeks from when your order is placed.
Quality
The majority of our customers are delighted with the quality and fit of their garments. In the rare instance that a garment is not what you ordered or is poorly sewn or pressed you have the right to reject it and to be given a full refund on the purchase price.
We need to be given the opportunity to examine the garment - the norm would be to bring it back to Blythswood Square Studio for us to do this.
Fit
We provide a full refund if the poor fit is not attributable to change in your shape since the date of the scan.
However, we recommend that if your shape changes quite a lot over a short period you should probably not be buying InnovaClothing until you have reached a stable plateau. Note that it is rapid change that is the difficulty not your larger or smaller bodyshape. The reason for this is that we make the clothes to fit your bodyshape at the time you are bodyscanned. If you have a materially different bodyshape when your garments are delivered then they may not fit you well.
So if you feel that the garment doesn't fit well we need to ask you to come into the Blythswood Square Studio so that we can rescan you. If the issue with the fit of the garment is discovered to have arisen as a result of your bodyshape having changed materially between the time of the scan and the delivery of your garments, we would discuss what to do with you and seek to come to a resolution that we are both happy with.
However, as stated above if a poor fit is not attributable to a change in your bodyshape we will refund 100% of the cost of the garment to you.
