PURCHASING
Customers pay for their clothing when ordering on the website. Payment can be made by any major credit card, debit card or paypal.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please email us at returns@innovaclothing.com or phone 0141 248 3030 to advise that you wish to return an item. This email or call should be requested within seven days of receiving your order. You will then receive a confirmation returns number to complete on your returns form.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
We recommend that items are returned to us via a courier service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Although this is our recommended returns service, you may return the goods by any secure means. Items should be returned to Innova, 416 Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the returns number and must be returned in their original packaging and in a new condition with any tags, spare buttons etc still attached
Please enclose the returns slip you received with your order, completing the relevant sections. It would be very helpful to us to know why you are not 100% delighted with your order, so we can endeavour to improve our service to you in the future and to our other customers.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
